Newfoundland Discovery Corp. (formerly Great Thunder Gold) is a Canadian mineral exploration company that holds a significant land position in Newfoundland, owns Quebec projects in the La Corne lithium pegmatite field and is one of the largest landholders next to and surrounding the Fenelon gold deposit. The Company’s experienced leadership team is centred around efficiency, asset quality, integrity, and environmental and community responsibility.

The Issuer is engaged in the business of exploration of mineral properties in Canada. Its principal business activities include acquiring and exploring exploration and evaluation assets. The Issuer has exploration and evaluation assets located in the Thunder Bay Mining Division within Priske Township, approximately 4 km south of the town of Schreiber, Ontario, on the northern shore of Lake Superior.

Newterra Resources Inc. is a mineral resource exploration and exploitation company with a concentration in precious metals. The Company’s material property is the Iron Horse Project, comprised of nine mineral title claims covering 2439.5 hectares on the border of Osoyoos and Similkameen Mining Divisions, located on the west side of the Okanagan Valley near Kelowna, in the Province of British Columbia.

The Exchange has determined that the Issuer has not met the continued listing requirements as set out in CSE Policy 2, Appendix A section 2.9.

Pursuant to Policy 6 section 2.4, the Issuer may not rely on confidential price protection, nor may the Issuer complete any financing without prior Exchange approval.

In accordance with Policy 3, section 5.1, the .X extension is added to the listed securities of Issuers that the Exchange has deemed to be inactive.

Nexco Resources Inc. (“Nexco”) is a mineral resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. The sole mineral resource property interest of Nexco at the present time is the Berger-Golden Eagle Mineral property located near South Central British Columbia.

Nexus Uranium Corp. is a B.C. company located in Vancouver, B.C. The Company has a board of four directors with experience in the management of companies listed on the CSE. The Company has an option to acquire the Champ Property consisting of four contiguous mineral claims totaling 1054.63 hectares located in the Nelson Mining Division.

Nine Mile Metals is a venture mining Issuer engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development and mining of mineral properties.

Nordique Resources Inc. is a Lithium and Gold exploration issuer based in Vancouver, B.C. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Quebec-Li properties in northern Quebec and also owns 100% of the Albany Forks Rare Earth Elements (REE) property in northern Ontario.

Norris Lithium Inc. is a junior mining company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral property assets in Canada. Norris Lithium recently acquired the Highway and Bus Lithium properties in the James Bay region of Quebec and holds the Solitude Lake Property located near the Savant Lake area in the Patricia Mining Division, Ontario. Norris Lithium's objectives are to conduct exploration programs on its Solitude Lake Property and Quebec Lithium properties and to locate and develop other economic mineral properties of merit.

North Valley Resources Ltd. is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties.
